About Morphé clothing:

We want our products to be manufactured under good working conditions.
This is why we have a code of conduct. This includes the following supplier requirements that associates itself with fair trade movements such as Fashion Revelation, who poses the question for all to become more committed to knowing and asking who made their clothes and under what circumstances. These environments should comply with local labour law, statutory pay and working hours. A zero tolerance for forced or child labour. Work places to comply to health and safety laws as well as local environmental legislation. Morphé reserves the right to organise and bargain collectively.

All suppliers of garments and other products that bear the Morphé brand commit to our code of conduct. All products sold under the Morphé brand name are covered by our code of conduct. For products in limited quantity sold under other brand names, exceptions may apply.

Welcome to the Morphés web site (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Morphé provides this site www.morpheclothing.com as a service to its customers. Please read the following terms of service (“Terms”) as they govern your use of our site. By using this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following rule below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site in any way.

Morphé works to ensure your privacy is protected when you are using our services online. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. Morphé reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

 Terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Morphé at the www.morpheclothing.com website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as “www.morpheclothing.com”).

When using www.morpheclothing.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.morpheclothing.com.

In order to shop on www.morpheclothing.com, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. You must also have a residential address in South Africa to make an order and not a postal address, if any other address please contact us on support@morpheclothing.com so that we can see if we can assist.

Morphé ("we" or "us") make this website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, together with any other terms or rules posted on our Sites. Please read the terms carefully before placing any orders on www.morpheclothing.com . In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies, including our Privacy Policy, relating to the terms of purchase and which forms part of the online terms. Morphé on www.morpheclothing.com do not offer merchandise or services to minors. The terms shall be in English only. Please read the terms carefully. By browsing and using this Site in any way, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.  All the features of the site can be viewed at any time, but when placing an order you will be required to register your details, so we can deliver the items to preferred address. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address support@morpheclothing.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Morphé immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Please refer to our privacy policy for information about how we use and collect information.

The Morphé website only offers products that we have in stock and that are published on www.morpheclothing.com. The inclusion of these products does not mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices, sizes and colour options are subject to availability. Please note our images on our site is as close to the actual colours of the garment, we cannot take responsibility if your viewing device alters or changes the colour in any way from the actual colour.

The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.morpheclothing.com at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the website.

Description of Service

Morphé is an online retailer of designer-quality goods offered at great values to our customers that has been locally manufactured in South Africa. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products, from clothing to accessories.

Usage Restrictions

All of the content that appears on the Morphe’s website, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Morphé. Any comments or suggestions left on our site may be used by us without any notice to you or any payment to you. You therefore freely participate in commenting or suggesting ideas on our site.

Morphé grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Morphe’s website is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site. You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. Without derogating from the generality of the afore going, if you should choose to access or use this Website from locations other than the Republic of South Africa, you do so at your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting, by means of reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, questions or other information through the Website, any content which is, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually-explicit, profane or hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content of any kind, which includes but is not limited to:
any content that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law; or
any content that constitutes an invasion of privacy; or
any content that is an infringement of any intellectual property right; or
any content that contains software viruses; or
any content that constitutes a political statement, commercial solicitation, or "Spam".
Morphé does not purport to review (nor is it under any obligation to review) any submitted content to be harmful without any notice to you. You warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to any and all content that you may submit to the Website.


The following Is not permitted;

Any non-personal or commercial use of any robot, spider, other automatic device or technology, or manual process to monitor or copy portions of the Website or the content contained thereon, without the prior written authority of Morphé; and the collection or use of any listings, descriptions, and/or price lists from the Website for the benefit of a competing merchant that supplies products comparable to those offered on the Website; and any use or action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately-large load of traffic on the Site, or otherwise interferes with the proper and timely functioning of the Website; any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its related systems or networks; accessing the Website for purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purpose; and the reverse engineering or decompiling of the Website to: (i) build a competitive product or service; (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service; (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User Name and Password for access to the Website and you accept full liability for all activities that occur on or related to the Website under your User Name. We suggest you have updated anti-virus programs on your device at all times. You may not: Impersonate another User or any third party; and provide false information to gain access to the Website. Although reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the contents, data and information on this Website, there may be instances where such information proves inaccurate or incomplete. Before making any decision or taking any action which might affect you or your business you should consult your own professional advisors, and take all reasonable steps to ensure and verify the accuracy of the contents, data and information obtained from this Website.

Without limiting the generality of the afore going this Website could include technical, typographical or other inaccuracies and you are urged to contact your own professional advisors to confirm all information contained on this Website prior to placing reliance thereon. Changes are periodically made to the information herein and these changes will be incorporated in new editions of this Website.

Morphé do not warrant that the Content is accurate or error-free. Morphé do not warrant that the functional aspects of the Site or Content will be error free or that this Site, Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed on their devices at all times.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You further understand and agree that this Site and the information, services, products and materials available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You expressly agree that use of this Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Morphé and its affiliates disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of title, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral or written information provided by Morphé or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors of the like shall create a warranty. You expressly agree that use of this Site, including all content, data or software distributed by, downloaded or accessed from or through this Site, is at your sole risk. You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your business or your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such content, data and/or software. You acknowledge that Morphé do not control in any respect any information, products or series offered by third parties on or through this Site. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, Morphé and its affiliates assume no responsibility for and make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, reliability or usefulness of content or products distributed or made available by third parties through this Site. Morphé started do not make any warranty that this Site or its content will meet your requirements, or that the Site or content will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected.


Morphé may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us. You have the right to subscribe to our newsletter or to unsubscribe at any given point.

When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of newsletter subscription: (i) Email alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. Such alerts may include marketing information about Morphé, our subsidiaries or selected business partners. (ii) Direct mail alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest, and one-off marketing promotions. Such alerts may include marketing information about Morphé, our subsidiaries or selected business partners. We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. Marketing communications you subscribe to will only be sent by Morphé. At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe out/ opt out of any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind.


Eligibility to Purchase

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you warrant is valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available for use only to individuals and others who meet the Morphé terms of eligibility. In addition, Morphé reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address. We regret no orders will be dispatched to post box addresses.

Once off / Limited Edition

These are garments that only one, and only in that one size, is made. These items are not necessarily available in other sizes or in the same fabrication. If you like a once off item and would like to enquire about other sizes or fabrications (subject to availability) please email our support@morpheclothing.com or info@morpheclothing.com.

Special order

If you see something in our limited-edition that you liked, you can email support@morpheclothing.com  or info@morpheclothing.com and we can see how we can accommodate you. Note that this is subject to fabric availability and production availability. We are not obligated to in the case that the item can be remade in whatever fabric is available to be at the same price as what is on the item in the gallery or on the site. A quote will be sent via email and confirmation on this email as well as a deposit will only serve as a confirmed order to be processed.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of merchandise, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for items from our cut make and trim factory. In this instance, you may choose to email us for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of specific merchandise featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the merchandise becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain merchandise that is in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

Acceptance of your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. An agreement of sale only comes into effect if and when: An order confirmation is sent by Morphé to you that payment is either authorised, or received by Morphé in its bank account, subject to stock of the merchandise being available. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the following, but not limited to, events: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms of sale. We may also refuse to process your order and not accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not we sold, removed, screened or edited the merchandise. Neither will we be liable to you or any third party should we refuse to process a transaction or unwind or suspend any transaction after processing has begun.

Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax at the rate of 14%, thus VAT is not included in our prices. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. Morphé shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices. However, should merchandise be erroneously offered at incorrect prices, Morphé will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices, but shall refund monies paid by you should you not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Rand (ZAR), you may choose to contact our  support@morpheclothing.com email address. The price deducted by us (via payfast) from your credit/debit card will be the Rand (ZAR) price of the product displayed on the Site along with any additional delivery charges (if applicable).

Payment - What payment options are there? EFT & PayFast.

Payment can be made by using a cheque Visa or MasterCard cards. At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorisation is obtained for the amount of the order. If such authorisation is not obtained, the order will be cancelled. If authorisation is obtained, payment in respect of the order may be collected  immediately. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this Site are processed via a 3rd party company called Payfast to ensure that your details are secure and encrypted. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Morphé uses Payfast with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take care, in so far as it is reasonably practical to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Promotion Codes - Do I have promotion codes? How does it work?

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Delivery /courier costs:

Free delivery in South Africa, please allow 3 -7 working days unless other arrangements have been made. Note that only faulty or incorrect dispatched items will be returned on our cost  (subject to the inspection once the item is returned to us and fits all our quality checks, where if it fails to meet these requirements the cost will be deducted from your refund), if you ordered an item that you no longer like or that doesn’t fit properly the return of the item is for your cost. Once item is received within our stipulated days, and fits the return requirements (see returns T&C) will we process the refund.

Insurance and Delivery

Morphé are responsible for insuring each purchase until it is signed for as delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any merchandise delivered, at which point responsibility and risk for your purchased merchandise passes to you. If you have specified an alternative recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then a signature of receipt by that specific person will be deemed as evidence of delivery, and transfer of responsibility and risk. We do not deliver on weekends or on public holidays. Please allow for 3-7 working days for your parcel to be dispatched. Delivery periods are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by Morphé. During periods of high volume of orders (e.g. SALE or Christmas) delivery times may be longer. Delivery:   Morphé only deliver merchandise within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery is free of charge in South Africa. Please contact our support@morpheclothing.com if you would like to place an international order. Please note that  Morphé is not responsible for the postage or courier fee for international delivery or the duties or any costs once it arrives at its international destination, we regrettably do not accept returns on international orders.

Morphé does not accept any responsibility if an employee or representative at the Customer's chosen address accepts delivery of the Products and is not authorized to do so, or does so under false or fraudulent circumstances.

In the event of 2 (two) failed attempts to deliver the order of Products to the Customer at the chosen delivery address, the Products shall be returned to Morphé and the sale shall be reversed. The costs of the delivery/s and return of the Products shall be deducted from the credit due to the Customer. Subject to the CPA, and although Morphé will endeavour to deliver the Products according to the Customer's requirements,   Morphé ill not be bound to such delivery requirements of the Customer and accordingly  Morphé shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for a failure or delay in delivery of Products. Morphé shall at its discretion be entitled to effect and invoice for part deliveries. NB! Once someone has signed for the parcel, it is no longer our responsiblity , please make sure that the person at the delivery address provided, is trustworthy and that you know them, we do not accept responsiblity for incorrect or false individuals that sign for parcels delivered to the provided delivery address.

Tracking your Order

You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email. You will be directed to the courier’s Website where, if you enter the tracking number of your shipment, you will be able to see its status. Please allow at least four hours from receipt of your dispatch email before using the tracking tool. We will dispatch your order in 3-7 working days.

Returns and Refunds


I've received a different item to the one ordered, what should I do?

Should the product received not be the same as the one you ordered, www.morpheclothing.com will take full responsibility for the return if the mistake is on our side. You have to request a return and after that you will be informed via e-mail of the procedures to follow and where the collection address of your parcel will be confirmed, at no extra cost. As soon as the goods have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and the refund will be made within approximately 30 days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.

I've received a defective product, what should I do?

If the product purchased has any defects, then www.morpheclothing.com will be fully responsible for the return. You have to request a return and after that you will be informed by e-mail what to do, at no extra cost. (Apon receival of the item an inspection will be done to confirm the defect.) The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase, if after the inspection it is confirmed as a faulty garment, and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.


When will you send me the refund?

As soon as products are returned to our warehouse for any reason whatsoever, a check is made of their condition after which the refund will be made within 30 days.

Can I change an item?

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact our Customer Service to request its return. We inform you that, once confirmed, your order could not be deleted. Items that are requested for an exchange is subject to the availability or a gift voucher will be issued if the item is not available unless a refund is paid. Note this courier fee is at your expense unless it’s an faulty item or a incorrectly dispatched item from our side.

How can I return an item?

Firstly ensure you do not remove the return tag, no items will be accepted without the tag, the tag with our original length and colour kimble cable attached. Before returning any products, you must log your order or returned item via our website or you may email is on returns@morpheclothing.com. You will then be advised via our returns department if your order has been approved.

I don't like the product delivered to me or it doesn't fit me, what should I do?

If you don't like the product purchased, you can request an authorization to return the products as explained above. The return will be at the customer's expense and the return address is indicated in the confirmation email the customer will receive. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and the refund will be made within approximately 30 days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order, unless other arrangements are made to the client or from the client via telecomunication or email for eg an EFT into another account.


This Returns Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and includes the Morphé general in-store returns and refunds policies. Please note that in certain circumstances a returns option may not be available to a Customer due to factors beyond the reasonable control of Morphé .

Please note online returns and refund’s had to follow the online process as set out, you can not exchange or return an item bought on-line at our store or at any pop-up or trade event.

Select the reason on return button/ automatic reply email you are making the return. If your reason is not on the list, please give us a few details on why you want to make the return.

You can return your parcel using any postal or courier service.

 Please note – you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us – remember to ask for proof of postage, so if you parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

Morphé accepts no responsibility for any returned item that is damaged or goes missing during a postal or courier return.

Once we have received it and checked the return, we will be in touch about your refund.

In addition to the rights set out in for the consumer in terms of the Electronic Communications and transaction.  Act you may enjoy certain cooling-off rights in terms of which you can cancel any transaction for the supply of goods within 7 (Seven) days after the date of receipt of the goods or services within 7 (Seven) days after the date of conclusion of the agreement, without reason or penalty other than the cost of the return cost for your account. Product must be in its original state.

Please refer to the return policy, which sets out our policy regarding returns or products our return policy.

Please make sure that your order number ( this will be in your confirmation email when you placed and confirmed your order ) is clearly marked on the outside of your return parcel, unidentified returns will not be refunded.

Please hand the parcel with your courier. You are liable for damage to the garments until we receive them at our warehouse, so in case of a dispute, we recommend that you keep the collection point receipt as proof of postage.

Termination of Sales & Cancellation of Orders

Morphé reserves the right, for purposes of preventing suspected fraud , to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and Morphé, in whole or in part, on notice to you.  Morphéshall only be liable to refund monies already paid by you, and accepts no other liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale. For certain exceptions, and subject to certain charges, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel any sale concluded on this Website within 7 days after date of receipt of the goods and to obtain a full purchase price refund. You may also cancel a sale where delivery is delayed beyond the stipulated delivery date/timeframe (or where none is specified, beyond 30 days from the order date).

Cooling Off Period:

Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel any sale concluded on this Site within 7 days after date of receipt of the merchandise and to obtain a refund within 30 days thereafter, subject to the customer being responsible for the return costs (except on faulty items and incorrect dispatched items from confirmed orders), as the case may be, for the return of the merchandise. To initiate the return, you must, within 7 days from receiving your order, send an email to info@morphe.com providing us with your original order details, together with the details of the item you wish to return. Our customer services team will then make contact with you and will issue you with a returns reference number and instructions of how to proceed and the return address.  It is your responsibility to insure the returned merchandise up to signature for receipt or delivery to our return address provided in the email once a return is requested. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the merchandise and will be liable for loss or damage to the merchandise until we receive same. In the event of a dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of dispatching of the returned merchandise. Always use registered mail and keep your waybill number or reference number at hand until we have confirmed that we have received your return. This confirmation will happen via email. Please write the returns reference number clearly on the outside of the package. No return is accepted without a reference number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Merchandise returned must be in an original and unused condition with return tag attached and not smelling of any sort of body odour or have any make up or perfume on.If after inspection of the returned item any of the above mentioned is found Morphé reserves the full right to not accept the item to be refunded. All items must be in their original undamaged packaging and with all Morphé tags, correct Kimble and other packaging items included. We will refund the price of the merchandise to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the merchandise being returned when making a refund. We will make no refunds to a third party. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed, please allow 10 working days for processing. Regular Returns We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Morphé, but as an alternative to using your rights under the ECT Act, if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you must, within 7(seven) days from receiving your order, send an email to info@morpheclothing.com providing us with your original order details, together with the details of the item you wish to return and the reasons for returning it. Our customer services team will then make contact with you and will issue you with a returns reference number and instructions of how to proceed. Where required, we recommend that all returns are sent by recorded and insured delivery as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Please write the returns reference number clearly on the outside of the package and on the returns slip. No return is accepted without a reference number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Products returned must be in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Items should be returned unused, and returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. We will make no refunds to a third party. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed, please allow 10 working days. Please note that the following issues/problems will not render the merchandise damaged or defective as aforesaid and will not entitle you to any repair, replacement or refund: faults resulting from normal wear and tear; unauthorised alterations to the merchandise.

Morphé does not make big runs of a style or in a specific colour, if your return item is no longer available you will receive a voucher or refund subject to the inspection of the returned garment. Note that often Morphé produces styles where we use patch work like surface detailing or detailing in general, sometimes the details eg. Colour of the binding inside on the neckline (which is a finishing we often do to add colour on the inside of the garment, usually not visible from outside) one dress may differ from another, or if we use patch work to create a surface detail, we reserve the right to have items that may vary in the exact colouring or patch work pattern or detail. We reserve the right to not be obliged to give you that exact item or colour (eg, batch dye lots that differ) or style in we no longer stock it.  In the unlikely event that we will not be able to source the correct merchandise, we will offer you alternatives or a refund. User’s Liability to Morphe

In the event that Morphe take action against you for breach of these terms of use, you agree to reimburse Morpe for all legal costs, including tracing fees and collection commission, on a scale as between attorney and own client.

Our Relationship

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Morphé as a result of the terms of sale or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Morphé, and Morphé shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

No Waiver

No failure or omission by  Morphé to exercise its rights of cancellation on the grounds of non-compliance by the defaulting party with a condition of the contract on any one or more occasions, shall be deemed to constitute a waiver by Morphé of its rights to summary cancellation in the event of any later similar instance of non-compliance with any condition whatsoever of the contract of the defaulting party.

Governing Law

The terms and conditions pertaining to any merchandise or services appearing on this Site shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Ordering of any of the merchandise or services offered on this Site or pages will constitute the users’ consent and submission to the jurisdiction of the South African courts regarding all proceedings, transactions, applications or the like instituted by either party against the other, covered by the terms and conditions pertaining to this Site or such merchandise or services.

All EFT payments are dealt with by send your proof of payment to info@marizemalan.co.za with the relevant reference number in order for Morphé to process and dispatch the customer’s order. The type of payment will determine the time in which the order is dispatched.

Garment Care

Chiffon, Georgette, Yoryo Chiffon, Hammered chiffon, Silk chiffons. Silk, Hammered satin: These woven fabrics that we use are often fragile fabric such as chiffons which needs to be washed with care and by hand in cold water and flat dried. Please take care when wearing a chiffon so that sharp edges do not to catch onto it because it will pull at the fabric and damage it. Do not wash with items that has exposed zipper teeth.

Twill, Tweed, Cotton twill, Melton: These woven fabrics are usually used in our winter coats and Hoodies. Gentle hand wash is required as well as to flat dry on a towel. If you do wash it in the machine it must be cold water, gentle cycle, and the garment (especially the hoodies that has a big hook and eye) must be in a separate garment wash bag so that it doesn’t hook onto other garments and vice versa. Take care that the hoodies hook doesn’t hook onto itself or other garments in the wash. If you have skin that is sensitive to fabric please email us first before you purchase any of our winter garments so that we can advise you if it might be a hybrid fabric that could irritate your sensitive skin so that alternatives can be discussed such as lining the sleeves ect.

Cut and Sew, Viscose Lycra, Ponti, Scuba: These stretch fabrics should be washed in cold water and flat dried on a towl, drying on a hanger might stretch the garment. Do not spot rub these fabrics. Wash with similar colours. Do not wring fabrics when they are wet. Excessive friction could result in pilling on these fabrics.

Linen and woven rayon twill/ callis, poplin and cotton / blends are easy to wear fabrics that crease easily but feels great on the skin. Please wash these with cold water and with like colours.

Caring for your garment properly will allow you to wear over and over again. Only wash garments when needed, water is a precious resource.

The care instructions on our garments’ labels will give you advice on how to best care for your garment, making sure that they remain long-loved favourites for years to come.
